Collier Township will accept comments from the public beginning on April 17th, 2025, and extending through May 17th, 2025, associated with the Township’s Pollutant Reduction Plan rewrite as required by the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection as a component of the Township’s PAG-13 National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System General Permit (NPDES Permit No. PAG136282) for Stormwater Discharges from Small Municipal Separate Storm Sewer Systems (MS4s). Comments may be provided in writing and delivered in person or via e-mail or regular mail and addressed to the Collier Township Commissioners.
