Anyone can have trouble keeping up with their utility bills, but at least for your water bill, Pennsylvania American Water Company has you covered if you need payment assistance. This program is designed to provide assistance grants, prior past-due balance forgiveness, and discounts on water and wastewater services to those who meet their income requirements.
