Prestley Road Closure to Start Wednesday, June 5th at the Bridgeville Borough border for slide repair work

PennDOT is announcing slide repair work on Route 3031 (Prestley Road) in Collier Township at the Bridgeville Borough border will begin Wednesday, June 5 weather permitting.

Slide repair work and drainage improvements requiring the closure of a portion of Prestley Road will begin at 7 a.m. Wednesday. To allow the work to occur, an around-the-clock closure of Prestley Road between Jones Road and Thoms Run Road will occur through late June. Traffic will be detoured.

• Follow Thoms Run Road westbound to Presto Sygan Road
• Turn left onto Presto Sygan Road
• Turn left onto Millers Run Road
• Turn left onto Route 50
• Turn left onto Washington Pike (Route 50)
• Follow Washington Pike back to Prestley Road
• End detour

South of the Closure
• Same detour in the opposite direction

Crews from A. Liberoni, Inc. will conduct the work. Please use caution when traveling through the corridor.
