Update on Washington Pike Seven Brew Coffee Location

Recently, Collier Township became aware of resident concerns regarding the location of entrances/exits at the proposed Seven Brew at the corner of Washington Pike/Route 50 and Landgraf Avenue.  Be advised that the site configuration will mandate that traffic enter and exit the site from Route 50. While a curb cut does exist on Landgraf Avenue, this is not an entrance and would not be feasible to enter the site from this area. Signage and markings will be installed at this location to indicate that this is not an entrance.

Thank you for making us aware of your concerns. For further information on this and any other happenings in Collier Township, please contact Township Manager, George Macino at 412-429-6808 or gmacino@colliertwp.net.  You can also refer to Collier Connect for periodic updates.
