This office processes applications for Planning, Zoning, Subdivisions, Conditional Uses and Land Developments. This office also conducts site inspections and reviews to ensure compliance with Township Ordinances including the Zoning Ordinance and Subdivision and Land Development Ordinance and acts as Liaison to the Townships Planning Commission. This office also processes all requests for variances and special exceptions and acts as the Liaison to the Townships Zoning Hearing Board.
